Barolo Style - Deep purple colour with a very full, robust mouth-feel of black fruits and oak. A rich wine for rich foods.
Cabernet Sauvignon - Noble Californian red grape, rich in tannins, produces a deep full
bodied wine with intense aroma and flavour. A robust wine, perfect with red meat or wild game. Best when aged for several months.
Cab/Sauv/Merlot - This popular blend combines the plump, fruity, earlier-aging Merlot grape with the robust Cabernet Sauvignon grape.
Chianti - A dry, light-medium bodied wine with elegant flavours of cherries and blackberries with moderate acidity and spicy notes.

Sonama Valley Cab Sauv - Most people are unaware that Sonoma red wines win more awards than
Napa. Winexpert Crushendo Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon's elegant and
powerful nose showcases big black cherry character with nuances of
mocha cedar and cigar box. It is bold and chewy on the palate with

classic that lovers of fine Cabernet hunt down with passionate zeal –
the king of red grapes in all its splendid glory. Our Cab has the
trademark blackcurrant and cherry flavours, but its true triumph is the

Napa Stags Leap Merlot - A sublime Merlot from the prestigious vineyards of California's Napa

Washington Columbia Valley Cab/Franc/Merlot - The nose of this wine holds an intense aroma of plum, black cherries

and firm tannins give this medium-full bodied wine a pleasant finish,

Sonama Pinot Noir - Silky tannins

New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - Marlborough has the sunniest, driest climate in New Zealand, and the
Wairau Valley's rich soils combine with the cool nights to deliver

Washington Columbia Valley Riesling - The Columbia Valley produces many prestigious wines from their world
class Riesling grapes. Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown here offer
pronounced ripeness while retaining acidity, showing fantastic floral
aromas and flavours of peach and apricot, while still maintaining a
crisp freshness.
Washington Yakima Valley Pinot Gris - Offering fresh aromas and
flavours of ripe honeydew melon and crisp green apple and an attractive
floral note. The wine has an elegant, creamy finish restrained by a
refreshing crispness that makes it very food-friendly.
German Mosel Valley Gewurztraminer - The Mosel valley is famous for its beautiful scenery and excellent
wines. Gewürztraminer grapes from this region tend to be a dusky pink
colour, and result in wines from light to a dark golden yellow with
subtle copper tones. Gewürztraminer is quite full-bodied, more so than
most any other white wine type and the combination of its strong and
heady perfume, exotic lychee flavour and rich texture make it a
powerful wine with an intense and memorable finish.

REDS 
Argentine Malbec - The Argentine Malbec has found uniquely favourable growing conditions
in Argentina and has no doubt created one of the most successful and
delicious Malbec wines in the world. A combination of desert climate,
cold nights, and irrigation of eternal snows from the Andes, creates an
especially healthy environment for these vines. An intense bouquet of
damson plums, blackcurrant and violet aromas give way to a slight touch
of hunting and leather notes. This richly purple coloured Malbec
carries a velvety texture with long, soft flavours. Although it ages
beautifully, firm tannins and mellow acidity allow this wine to be
enjoyed while young.
Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon - Our Chilean version of this classic boasts black pepper and berry
bouquets. Notably flavorful, with tannins that develop with age.
Chilean Merlot - Powerful fruit and spice flavour, with mellow tannins for a supple
finish. Deserves ageing, but will develop quicker than Cabernet
Sauvignon
Chilean Pinot Noir - a bright ruby colour with delicate aromas of red berry flavours. Medium
bodied and supple with a hint of herbiness, the mouth feel is very
elegant with soft tannins and a subtle oak finish.
French Cabernet Sauvignon - An excellent candidate for short term aging due to its moderate tannins.
Deep ruby red colour with berries and oak on the palate.
French Merlot - Direct from the vineyards of southern France, this classic varietal is
rich with ripe fruit and berry flavours, yet soft and elegant. Dry,
full-bodied and deeply coloured, with a complex velvety taste
accentuated with premium French oak.
Italian Amarone - Italian Amarone is a very intense and complex wine, with a wide array
of flavours and aromas. Deep ruby red, this heavyweight wine exudes
aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums, dried fruits,
anise, raisins, bitter almond, tobacco, leather and molasses, and has a
spicy-earthy
bittersweet finish that lengthens on indefinitely from the huge volume
of tannins.
Delightful with food, Italian Amarone is often enjoyed by itself,
sipped outside of mealtimes with good conversation and good friends.
Italian Montepulciano - Montepulciano is a vigorous red grape variety widely planted over much
of east-central Italy, capable of creating deeply coloured, rich red
wines with blackberry fruit flavours and spicy, peppery tannin levels.
Montepulciano generally produces wines that are smooth and mellow yet
robust and mouth filling, with dependably high alcohol content. An Italian gem you won’t want to miss.
Italian Sangiovese - (san-joe-VAY-zee) has a bright red cherry character,
overlaying strawberry notes, with hints of violets and white pepper.
It's medium body and long, wonderfully smooth, tannic finish is livened
by a zing of acidity and toasty oak.
New Zealand Pinot Noir - New Zealand's finest. A delicate wine with aromas of violet and
luscious red fruit characteristics of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.
Silky tannins grip your palate and end with a velvet, smooth finish. An
elusive aftertaste of spice & toasty vanilla makes you long for
more.
South African Pinotage - Delicate and balanced like a Pinot noir, with the hardiness and robust
colour of Cinsault. Deep intense ruby colour with purple highlights.
Layered aromas of raspberry, spices, red cherry, and fruitcake give way
to rich complexity of flavours including raspberry, vanilla, plums,
coffee.
Spanish Rioja - Spain’s finest red wine blend from the famous northern Spanish region.

Australian Traminer/Riesling - The lively golden hue reveals a combination of floral notes and apple

German Müller-Thurgau - crisp and clean, with a grapey fruit character, low to medium acidity,
and a pleasantly fragrant aroma. Vibrant flavours of crunchy green
apples are imparted in its floral residual sweetness
Italian Pinot Grigio - A bright, crisp, dry white wine with a gentle perfume and a detectable
spiciness. Fresh, fragrant and lively, its flavours include a certain
flintiness with hints of citrus and almonds.
South African Chenin Blanc - Pale straw colour with a green tinge and the aroma of summer melon,

Australian Shiraz - Australia’s route to fame on the world wine stage, Shiraz from Down
Under offers lush berry aromas that beg for a hearty whiff. A wine of
ripe fullness, its concentrated blackberry fruits and fragrant

California Trinity Red - An ideal blending of three of California 's most popular grape
varieties - Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, com ing

(there’s nothing like a crisp glass of Müller-Thurgau and some crunchy
chips!) but mostly it’s a very satisfying wine to quench a thirst in

Italian Pinot Grigio - The Italians have their own way with the Pinot Gris grape variety, and
