Does Your Shout have a real shop where I can come and talk to an actual person?

When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day. All others will be despatched on the next business day. For orders with back ordered items or delayed orders, we will contact you with an estimated date for delivery.

How much do you charge to deliver?

If your order total is $150 or more we will discount the standard freight to $0.00. Charges may still be applied for rural or large/heavy items.

Standard freight charges are:-

$6.00 per order within Christchurch
$12.00 per order within South Island
$16.50 per order to North Island

Rural freight charges are:-

$13.00 per order within Christchurch
$19.50 per order within South Island
$24.50 per order to North Island

If you require Rural Delivery, please select it from the Shipping Options. Your order won't be despatched unless you select the correct Shipping Option. Please note that this is different to the NZ Post designation of "Rural". If you are unsure, get in touch and we will let you know.

For some large/heavy items, there will be an additional charge, outside of the standard rate and/or discount.

If you select 'Click & Collect' we will text you when your order is ready to be picked up from the store.

How do you send orders?

We courier all our orders with Aramex, so please do not address your order to a PO Box or Private Bag.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through PayPal.

How do the gift vouchers work, and do they expire?

When you purchase a gift voucher you will receive it by courier or post within a few working days. The gift voucher will have a code to use online, which needs to be entered into the voucher field within the shopping cart.

  • Please note that the entire value of the gift voucher must be used at the time of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers can also be used in-store.
  • Your Shout gift vouchers never expire until they have been used.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately if any of the items you purchased are damaged or incorrect. We will do our utmost to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
