Does Your Shout have a real shop where I can come and talk to an actual person?

When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day. All others will be despatched on the next business day. For orders with backordered items or delayed orders, we will contact you with an estimated date for delivery.

How much do you charge to deliver?

If your order total is $150 or more we will discount the standard freight to $0.00.

Standard freight charges are:-

$4.95 per order within Christchurch
$6.95 per order within South Island
$10.95 per order to North Island

For some large/heavy items there is an additional charge, outside of the standard rate and/or discount.

$5.95 per large/heavy item within South Island
$13.95 per large/heavy item to North Island

If you require Rural Delivery, please select it from the Shipping Options. Your order won't be despatched unless you select the correct Shipping Option.

Rural delivery costs an extra $5.00, per order. Check your address here.

How do you send orders?

We courier all our orders, so please do not address your order to a PO Box or Private Bag.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through PayPal.

How do the gift vouchers work, and do they expire?

When you purchase a gift voucher you will receive the it in the mail within a few working days. The gift voucher will have a code to use online, which needs to be entered into the voucher field within the shopping cart.

  • Please note that the entire value of the gift voucher must be used at the time of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers can also be used in store.
  • Your Shout gift vouchers never expire until they have been used.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately if any of the items you purchased are damaged or incorrect. We will do our utmost to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
