Suggested Dry Hopping rates:
Lighter/Lager styles 1-3ml/23L
Pale Ale 2-4ml/23L
IPA/Hazy 4-5 ml/23L
As further guidance, 10mL of Amplifire™ Oil is equivalent to using around 500g of T-90 hop pellets. This makes Amplifire™ Oil exceptional value for money. It even makes the likes of Riwaka™, traditionally a more expensive hop, very affordable.
The Clayton Innovation Project (CIP) is an ongoing program of developing and evaluating new hop varieties. Working in partnership with the Bioeconomy Science Institute (formerly through its Plant & Food Research Group) to bring new and exciting hop varieties to the market in future years.
