120mls raspberry vodka, chilled in freezer
30mls triple sec
1 fresh lime juice
90mls cranberry juice
2 frozen raspberries
2 slices fresh limes
Put all ingredients into a shaker add as much ice as you can and give a good shake.
Pour straight up or over ice.
Garnish with lime slices and frozen raspberries which helps keep it chilled.
15mls Creme de Cacao
15mls triple sec
60mls half-and-half cream
In a cocktail shaker add three cubes of ice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Shake well, strain into a chilled champagne saucer.
Can also be served on the rocks.

Shake banana schnapps, vodka, and cranberry juice with ice cubes.
Strain into a martini glass.

30mls Amaretto

30mls Irish Cream
ground nutmeg (to dust as a garnish)
Pour all ingredients over ice into a 6 oz old-fashioned glass.
Stir with a swizzle stick & dust with a light sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
